Before my Reiki and biofield tuning session in Donnabelle’s studio, I had never had any energy work done, and I must admit that I was a little skeptical that it would make any noticeable difference. I couldn’t have been more wrong. The whole experience was profoundly relaxing and centering. Donnabelle’s soothing voice and light touch during the reiki session grounded me and especially helped relieve pain in my knee and hip area, both areas of concern. During the biofield tuning, Donnabelle gently described what she discovered about my energy field and alleviated tensions I carry in my neck and shoulders. It was so striking to me that the tension I always hold in those areas was targeted and began to lift; I felt lighter afterward. In the days following, I found that I slept better and felt calmer, more centered as I moved through my routines.
