REIKI
Reiki is a gentle, non-invasive Japanese energy healing practice that promotes balance and well-being. The word “Reiki” combines Rei (universal) and Ki (life energy), reflecting the belief that a vital force flows through all living beings. When this energy is low or blocked, it can lead to stress or illness. Reiki helps restore balance by channeling healing energy through the practitioner’s hands, supporting the body’s natural ability to heal.
My Approach
As a certified Usui/Tibetan Ryoho and Holy Fire® III Karuna Reiki® Master Teacher and a Psychic Reiki Practitioner, I blend traditional techniques with intuitive energy work for a personalized experience. Whether through light touch or hovering hands, each session aims to clear energetic blockages and guide the body back to harmony.

Session Options
Sessions are available in person at my peaceful studio in Easthampton or remotely. Distance Reiki is equally effective and does not require being online; simply relax in a quiet space at your scheduled time. After each session, I provide a follow-up email with insights and impressions.
Each Reiki session is an invitation to release stress, restore balance, and reconnect with your inner peace, wherever you are.

Through Reiki training, you’ll learn to calm your nervous system, strengthen your intuition, and begin to heal your mind, body, and spirit. My classes weave in a wide range of resources and intuitive practices to support personal healing in an open, inclusive environment. This class is a powerful invitation to trust yourself and explore. Reiki Training Class progression follows this path:
Reiki I ➝ Reiki II ➝ Reiki Master/Teacher ➝ Karuna Reiki Master
(Please allow at least 3 months between Reiki I, II, and III certifications, and 6 months before Reiki Master and Karuna Reiki Master certifications to integrate the Reiki energy and teachings.)
In Reiki Level I, you’ll learn about the history of Reiki as a healing modality and tool for enlightenment. You will explore how Reiki works and begin practicing using this amazing energy with yourself. You will receive Healing Experiences with the Holy Fire® III Reiki energies and leave with tools for self-healing.
In Reiki Level II, you’ll learn three ancient, powerful healing symbols. These symbols enable you to channel healing energy to deep mental and emotional issues for yourself and others, and to send Distant Healing Reiki to people in other places and/or events. You will also learn how to use aspects of the Reiki energy to clear unwanted habits and manifest your goals. You will receive Healing Experiences with the Holy Fire® III energies, Placement of the Power, Mental/Emotional, and Distance healing Reiki symbols. Everyone who completes this class will be fully qualified Reiki Practitioners in the Usui Reiki Ryoho / Holy Fire® III tradition.
In Reiki Level III (Master), you’ll receive two powerful Healing Experiences, Placements of the Holy Fire® and Master symbols, and four Holy Fire® Ignitions—activating your ability to use these advanced symbols and to facilitate Healing Experiences, Placements, and Ignitions as a Reiki Master Teacher.
Upon completion, you’ll be certified as a Reiki Master/Teacher in the Usui Reiki Ryoho Holy Fire® III lineage—fully qualified to teach Reiki I, II, and Master-level classes, both in person and online. You’ll also be eligible to join the International Center for Reiki Training (ICRT) Reiki Membership Association as an Affiliate member and use the RMA logo.
Pre-requisites:
Completion of Reiki I & II training in any Reiki lineage (not limited to Holy Fire®), including attunements or placements for the Power, Mental/Emotional, and Distance symbols. A minimum of six months of regular Reiki practice on yourself or others is required before enrolling.
The cost of each class includes attunements, instruction, hands-on practice time, written materials, and a certificate of completion. A detailed class manual, written and published by the International Center for Reiki Training, will be used in class and will be yours to keep. The manual includes everything you will need to learn to channel Reiki energy for yourself and others.
Class sizes are small to provide a personalized experience for each student. Students who have completed Reiki I or II from a previous teacher must provide proof of that attunement before being allowed to register.

Reiki Level I – 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Fee: $300. A deposit of $100 is due upon registration, with the balance due 7 days before the start of class.
Reiki Level II – 10:00 am – 4:00 pm. Fee: $400. A deposit of $200 is due upon registration, with the balance due 7 days before the start of class. Previous students of mine are eligible for a $50 discount.
Reiki Level III (Master + Teacher) – Saturday and Sunday (weekend class). 9:00 am – 5:00 pm. Fee: $1250. A deposit of $500 is due upon registration, with the balance due 7 days before the start of class. Previous students of mine are eligible for a $100 discount. TBA 2026.

Frequently Asked Questions
What happens during a Reiki session?
During a Reiki session, you will lie fully clothed on a massage table in a comfortable, relaxed position—either face up, face down, or both, depending on your needs. I will gently place my hands, palms down, either lightly on your body or just above it at specific energy centers. Hand positions are held for varying lengths of time, guided by your unique concerns and the flow of energy. Unlike massage, there is no muscle manipulation; touch is minimal and always gentle, or completely hands-off if you prefer.
Clients often report physical sensations such as warmth, pulsing, or tingling where my hands are placed. Others may not feel any physical sensations, but the Reiki energy is still flowing and working at a deep level. It’s also common for emotional release to occur during a session. Most people leave feeling calm, centered, and deeply relaxed—many even drift into sleep during the treatment.
How does distance Reiki work?
Reiki transcends time and space because it works with the universal life energy that connects all living things. Through focused intention and the use of a special distance Reiki symbol, I am able to connect to your energy field no matter where you are in the world.
During a distance session, I channel Reiki energy using visualization techniques or a symbolic proxy, such as a two-dimensional human form. In some cases, I may also incorporate healing crystals on the proxy to support your specific needs. You do not need to be physically present for the session to be effective.
Prior to your appointment, we will connect by phone or email to discuss any concerns, goals, or intentions you’d like to focus on. At the scheduled time, I send Reiki to you while you rest in a quiet, comfortable space—seated or lying down without distractions. The energy transmission is just as powerful as an in-person session and can offer the same sense of peace, clarity, and healing.
Is Reiki a religion?
While Reiki is spiritual in nature, it is not a religion, nor do you need specific beliefs for it to be effective.
Should I eat and drink anything beforehand?
It is advisable not to eat 1-2 hours prior to the session. Please do not drink alcoholic beverages or take any illicit drugs prior to the session. You will not be able to feel the full effects of the Reiki healing.
What do I wear?
Wear comfortable, loose clothing.
What do I do after a Reiki session?
Drink plenty of water. You can go about your day as usual. The healing effects will continue throughout several days.
